3 Ways To Strengthen Your Aura And Protect Yourself From Being Emotional Vampires

1) In the first place, don’t let yourself get drained

2) Practice energy breathing
Maybe you already know from meditation, yoga, or from some other spiritual practices, maintaining, and controlling your breath is a very important part of keeping the energy level balanced.
 
The perfect way to keep your energy just for yourself is practicing your energy breathing. There are several simple steps to take.
 
 
First, you need to place your dominant hand on the nose. The thumb should be placed on one side of your nose, and the fingers on the other side. Press down with the thumb in order to close the corresponding nostril (meaning if you are right-hand dominant, this will be your right nostril), and put your tongue against the roof of the mouth. You need to remain relaxed.
 
Second step is breathing in through your nose only. Not only your nasal hairs will warm the air, they will also filter the air in order to limit the risk of inflammation in your respiratory organs. This breathing technique is balancing the poles of the body—female and male, positive and negative, moon and sun. Inhale counting to four.
 
Third step is to use your fingers and with them close the other nostril, in a way that both nostrils are closed. Hold your breath, while you count to 16. If that is too long for you, you can start with a lower count and gradually increase.
Fourth step is releasing the thumb (though keep the fingers in place), releasing the breath while you count to 8.
 
Fifth step, and the last one is to breathe in through the open nostril, repeating the process that you just finished, but on the opposite nostril.
 
Complete the 6 cycles in total.
 
3) Use the cleansing vortex
 
The cleansing vortex is an extremely powerful visualization which can help you release the negative energies that you may have accumulated during the day.
 
First, you have to make sure that you are relaxed and at ease. For certain people, practicing the energy breathing technique we described above can put them at ease.
 
Then, you should visualize an energy whirlwind 20 feet above your head. Picture the funnel as it enters you through the crown of your head, while it’s working its way deeper into your body.
 
Rotating clockwise, you will see it sweeping up the negative energy that you have accumulated during the day, sweeping them away until they are left at your feet.
 
Once all the negative energies have left you, you can visualize the cleansing vortex leaving you, and let yourself go on with the day.
