Multidimensional Anger Test – Only 2 Minutes!

Everybody gets angry at one point or another. In fact , based on research the average person can get angry at least four times a day. Over the years, I’ve learned that getting angry is not the problem, but acting the rage out certainly is.

The term acting out means when we exhibit unrestrained and improper actions. The behaviour is usually caused by a person’s suppressed or denied feelings or emotions.
 If you feel you are acting out your anger too often, try this test to see if you want to tame your temper. Note how usually you respond to each psychology trigger and add up your scores:

 

Being shamed or blamed for something you did not do.

Multidimensional anger test results:

Between 12 and 18
This demonstrates you don’t sweat the small stuff and so are cool, calm and collected.

Between 18 and 24
You are able to control your temper sometimes; however , when stressed or tired and hungry your issue gets extreme and you may need a bit support.

Between 24 and 36
You may have to seek help as you have an anger problem and it must be sorted out before get more issues. You also need to learn psychological mood management.
