Everybody gets angry at one point or another. In fact , based on research the average person can get angry at least four times a day. Over the years, I’ve learned that getting angry is not the problem, but acting the rage out certainly is.
The term acting out means when we exhibit unrestrained and improper actions. The behaviour is usually caused by a person’s suppressed or denied feelings or emotions.
